Woodstock Create celebrates its one-year anniversary this month!

For April 2026, we received submissions from six creators working with street art, cartooning, ceramics, collage, painting, and mixed media. Thank you to our subscribers—most of whom are Woodstock community members, Southeast Portland residents, and fellow creators—for supporting the newsletter each month.

Do you have in progress and/or completed pieces you would like to share with the community? We want to see them! Submit your creations here for the next issue of Woodstock Create.

CREATORS: 👉 You are welcome to submit pieces every month, even if you were featured in a previous issue of the newsletter. Keep us updated on what you’re making!

Be sure to check out the Announcements section at the end of the newsletter, too!

Rooted in the grounds of the rose city, my passion for the arts have always been in me from a very young age. My art is inspired by the many journeys I go on and also the unique people that I meet along the way. I've used many mediums, including paint pen, colored pencils, sharpie, and acrylic paints. I am currently working on getting my first coffee table art book published called Eyes Wide Open. I make art from my heart! The world is your canvas—paint your colors!

Welcome to the wonderful world of WORMSWORMSWORMS, a comic submission for syndication. The premise is that a worm with two heads is politically divided into a socialist and a capitalist and they are both under the thumb of a fascist bird. This is the character sheet, and a few examples of comic strips. I hope you enjoy them!

Functional pottery is important to be. I want my art to be used for many experiences. Each piece is microwave and dishwasher safe. I've been on a dinnerware kick lately and working on getting into a local restaurant.
